A veteran top producer in the retail brokerage industry. Eric is a specialist in Strategic Planning for Tenants as well as the development, marketing and disposition of anchored shopping centers. Tenant Rep clients include Academy Sports + Outdoors, Kroger Stores and Prosperity Bank. Landlord clients include Bank of America REO, Academy Sports + Outdoors, Inland Western Retail Management, Inland American, the Midway Companies, The Signorelli Companies, Prosperity Bank, Verus Holdings and the Willmann Companies. Three of Eric’s largest current development projects are Valley Ranch Town Center (1.5 million square feet), Rayford Crossing (300,000 sf) and Uptown Crossing (300,000 sf). Eric’s extensive development experience and national network gives him a unique understanding of retail real estate that gives him an advantage in both tenant and landlord representation.
Prior to Capital Retail, Walker was Vice President of Leasing and Development at NewQuest Properties. He also served in the White House Office of Combatting Terrorism from 2002-2003; as personal aide to the United States Secretary of Education from 2001 to 2002 and Assistant to former President George H.W Bush from 1998 to 2001.
Eric and his wife, Ashley, have three sons Caleb, Logan, Bennett and twin daughters Kendall and Kate.
